Met Carline there for lunch. This is inexpensive and satisfying street food...and they give you generous portions (two meals worth, depending on how much you eat).
There is a line. But it moves fast. There are also Halal carts on every corner, it seems, and they look similar. So look carefully if you want to try this this one, though given the competition in New York, I wouldn't doubt it the other ones are also tasty.
